Avi Patel joined WRA in 2021 and was promoted to Principal in 2024. With over 15 years of experience in architecture and project delivery, Avi brings a strong background in K-12, higher education, and municipal projects throughout Texas.

Avi specializes in building long-term client relationships and guiding projects from early facility assessments and planning through construction administration. He works closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and technical challenges while maintaining a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and responsiveness throughout the process. Known for his approachable leadership style and commitment to service, Avi values listening first and understanding each client's unique goals, operational needs, and long-range priorities. He strives to ensure that the client feels heard, involved, and supported throughout every phase of a project.
