Michael Holmberg

Michael joined WRA in 2015 to lead marketing, business development, and bond planning.

With extensive experience in home building, he helped deliver over $2.1 billion in land development and $300 million in new homes in the DFW and Houston markets. His deep understanding of local politics has been key to the success of WRA's bond planning and communication services. For the past decade, Michael effectively uses traditional, digital, and social media marketing to educate residents about bond elections. He became a partner in 2018.
